]'he revised construction prints for the Forest Cove Estates subdivision have been reviewed and
subsequently approved by Lone Star Pipeline Co. Please be sure that all contractors contact this
office (972/$79-$740) at least 48 hours prior to any work within the pipeline easement so that a
company representative may be present during grading or crossing of the pipeline by utilities.
~41so, effective November 1, 1997, fencing which crosses the easement will need gates at each
crossing, which allows for required foot patrol
