Dear Mike:
We have addressed all the comments in you letter dated October 8, 1997 with
exception to the following:
Item ~f~ As was discussed with Atul Patel, deletion of the TC grades was also
acceptable.
Item #12 A 1/4":1 slope is provided for the sidewalk.
Item #13, 14 The drainage bar ditch reaches its high point about 130 feet west of
Forest Bend. We are filling the bar ditch so the water sheets across the
intersection
Item #19 As was discussed with Atul, since the preliminary plat was approved
without this connection and since more than adequate circulation is being
provided off Sandy Lake Road, this request was deleted.
Item #22 The existing waterline was field located and is south of the south edge of
pavement on Sandy Lake Road, therefore, boring is not necessary.
Item #26 The existing pipe under Coppell Road is undersized. The lots which
back up to Coppell Road are elevated so that the flow will go over the
road prior to backing up into the Iots.,,,This was a pre-existing condition
which we had no control over.
Item #27 As we discussed with Atul, the City of Dallas criteria allows 15 minute
time of concentration and an "1" value of 9.6 inches per hour. We have
added a grade to drain at the end of alley A-1 and the appropriate
erosion control.
