development adjacent to Sandy Lake Road.
2. Provide the City of Coppell floodplain signature block.
3. A variance must be requested for deletion of alley behind Lots 16 & 17, Block D.
4. Show the easement locations in details A, B, C, & D
Landscaping Plans Comments:
5. The wrong lot numbers are shown on the plans.
6. No trees or major landscaping will be allowed on top of proposed 24" water line adjacent
to Sandy Lake Road.
7. A 5' sidewalk is required along Sandy Lake Road.
8. Show correct visibility easement.
