Dear Mr. House:
TU Electric will require a 5 foot aerial easement to be located on your property. This aerial
easement will be located adjacent to our proposed transmission easement along Sandy Lake
Road. These easements will be granted prior to the dedication of the future right-of-way of
Sandy Lake Road.
This aerial easement will provide TU Electric the right to trim trees and will prohibit the
construction of any permanent structures in the 5 foot easement so nothing will interfere with
the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
