Dear Mr. Jackson:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Provide a paving plan sheet in the civil set that shows dimensions for all proposed paving. Also on
this sheet, include the paving design for all proposed paving using hatching to delineate between
areas with different pavement depths.
2. On the grading plan, consider re-grading the western portion of the property to keep from draining
toward the Solomon Dental site.
3. On the utility plan, provide a wastewater access device at the easement line for the proposed
sanitary sewer service.
4. Indicate the slope of the proposed sanitary sewer service.
5. On the drainage plan and profile sheet, make sure that the plan view matches the grading shown on
the grading plan and drainage area map. Also, show the limits of the 100-year floodplain on the
profile.
6. Coordinate the location of the construction entrance with Walgreen's.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for review. If
