1. Traffic and access will be a problem with the site as shown. Consider taking access off of
Denton Tap and Parkway Blvd.
2. Indicate direction of on-site circulation.
3. Show date and panel number of the FEMA map.
4. The dumpster screening wall cannot be built on top of the proposed drainage system. An
easement will need to be provided for the drain extension.
5. Extend the storm drain to the creek.
6. Indicate on site plan the limits of existing and proposed paving.
7. Verify existence of LOMR for this site.
