Lake Park-CS 920226 MEMO
TO: Ken Griffin, City Engineer
FROM: 'Gary L. Sieb, Director of Planning ~ Community Services
SUBJECT: ALTERATION TO SCREENING WALL -
LAKE PARK SUBDIVlSI(~N & PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DATE: February 26, 1992
Based on the provisions of Section 28-2, 3. of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance, I have determined that the brick and wrought-iron screening
wall proposed on the property adjacent to MacArthur Boulevard, south of
the main entrance to the above referenced PD, is a minor change to the
approved plan.
Because of an existing telephone pole and manhole cover, it is necessary
for the fence contractor to alter his screening fence plans to accommodate
both utilities. In that only the linear dimensions of the fence are
changing - it is still a brick and wrought-iron fence as required by
Council - this alteration is viewed as minor, not requiring additional
Council action.
