Dear Ken:
We are working on purchasing the above referenced site and per the requirements of title transfer in
the State of Texas, are platting the site so that it will have its own designated lot and block. Per the
platting requirements of the City of Coppell, we provided a site plan for a "possible" building. We
currently do not have a specific plan on the type of building, the size of building or when we will be
building on the site. We are purchasing the land as a land investment only at this time.
We request that the city not impose a roadway impact fee at this platting stage but rather impose a
roadway impact fee at tile time we apply for a Buiidh~g Permit.
