City Engineer city of coppell 255 Parkway Boulevard P. O. Box 478 coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Corridor Development certificate for Approximately 10 Acres owned by Sandy/Mac Partners, Inc. Dear Mr. Griffin: Attached are the CDC Forms in support of fill to be placed on the property. The Preliminary Concept Plan attached shows four lakes in the adjacent development. A portion of these lakes will be used as compensating storage. An agreement to this affect has been coordinated with the adjacent development. In order to address your concerns regarding past flooding of the apartment complex at MacArthur and Sandy Lake Road, we completed a study of the flow through the area. This study is included with this submittal. The study shows that a 70' wide grass lined channel is necessary in order to prevent any increases in flood levels at the apartment complex. Please let me know if you have questions or need further clarification. Sincerely, MORRISON BYDROLOGY/ENGXNF, aRXNG, XNC. ~d~ ~ Ronald W. Morrison, P. E.
