Lake Park-CS 910830 PUNCH LIST - LAKE PARK ADDITION (Final Walk Thru - August 30, 1991) 1) paver sliver cracked in two 2) sealant is honeycombed - possibly sealant over-heated 3) curb section from approach not draing to inlet - curb and inlet apron do not match 4) general - sealant appears low - should be 1/8 to 1/4 general - inlets need cleaned of mud and debris 5) throat opening too large 6) clean up excess sealant at expansion joint 7) chip and saw joint - patch and reseal 8) pavers need sand worked in on north edge 9) seal curb at random crack in approach apron 10) surface edges of concrete do not match at clean-out 11) water standing in south inlet - flush 12) water standing at inlet apron - north inlet 13) water standing in inlets - clean to flow 14) live tree formed into concrete on howl apron 15) expansion joint sealant not adhering - reseal 16) loose concrete chips in curb saw (3) north side - remove and reseal 17) curb holding water - northwest corner beyond radius 18) inlet holding water - clean to drain 19) same as 16 20) same as 16 21) same as 6 28) mud ball hole 23) same as 13 24) same as 13 25) loose concrete chips in saw joint - remove seal 26) corner of panel chip at exp. joint 27) alley section holding water - 1ST past approach GENERAL - streets & alleys need cleaning GENERAL - remove all nails, lX2's, etc. from exp. joints and reseal COPPE?.?.
