COMMENTS:
Kent, here is the updated water and sanitary sewer plan for Royal Business Center. Please insert these sheets
into the review set we sent on 9-4-98. The minor changes to the plan were as follows:
1. replaced on-site sanitary sewer manhole adjacent to building with a double-wye connection and cleanout
2. revised sanitary sewer service layout at north and south ends of building to be more of a 90 degree bend
3. replaced one-way sanitary sewer cleanouts at building with two-way cleanouts
Transmittal includes:
two extra Copies of Sheet C-5 (for replacement in previous sets)
