Dear Mr. Littleton:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Please update your Location Map to reflect current street names and extensions.
2. On the storm drainage plan, please provide a detail for the grate on the trench drain detail.
Also, indicate the actual slopes for the trench drain detail.
3. The storm drainage plan must sufficient to contain Q~0o within the system. If you are
planning on providing detention in the parking area, please delineate those areas on the
drainage area map and storm drainage plan. Also, provide supporting calculations for any
detention design.
4. Please provide a storm drain profile for Line "D".
5. Review and revise notes on all sheets to read City of Coppell where applicable.
6. All water and sewer cross-street connections will be made via dry bore.
7. All fire hydrant locations need approval from the City Fire Marshall, Travis Cramp. He

There are various other comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, these marked plans and two sets of revised plans should be submitted to the City
