Manhole Specifications for Lake Park Addition
I have reviewed the specification documents regarding the Hydro
Conduit Corp., precast manholes. I request the following changes
in design prior to installation.
1) Ail joints are to be sealed with a layer of ram-neck
sealer.
2) Ail manhole tops are to be of cone design.
3) Casted sections of the manhole must fall within one (I)
foot of the finish surface grade of project. Also any
extension of the cone must be made with concrete riser
rings.
4) When using the positive seal gasket system as an
alternate to the asbestos coupling (standard) the portion
of the coupling outside the manhole must be encased in
concrete to allow support of the pipe.
Please insure these changes are made prior to installation.
