Dear Mr. Young.:
You are hereby given Notice to Proceed on utility work as
specified in the contract documents for the Lake Park Addition
Project. Enclosed are two fully executed bound sets of contract
documents. Please forward one copy to your surety.
The calendar day contract time will begin today. In accordance
with the agreement, the work should be substantially complete by
July 7, 1991, 60 calendar days from today. Final placement of
all utilities should be completed within 75 calendar days from
today.
If you have any questions about the provisions of the contract,
please contact me.
