MEMORANDUM

RE: Lake Park Addition/Construction Plans
The City Manager has requested information related to lot
elevations in the above referenced project.
I have contacted the project representative for Lake Park Addition,
Mr. Tom Wise.
Mr. Wise indicated that all lot elevations in the project were
established by the Army Corp of Engineers, Dan Dowdy & Associates.
FEMA, submitted construction plans and FHA requirements.
Mr. Wise also indicated the lot elevation varification would be
submitted to the building official, at the time of the building
permit request, on a lot by lot basis.
It is my request that any addtional information you may have
regarding this matter be attached with these comments and forwarded
to the City Manager.
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.
