The following sets forth our co~ents. -1. Include City of Coppell standard details, as applicable. · '.:~.'2." On the drainage area map, please identify the 100 year .floodplain. 3. Please provide a pe~anent B.M. within the subdivision tied to USGS datum (m.s.1.). 4. Please include pond/l'ake plans and how drainage from subdivision impacts this pond/lake. Also include irrigation/landscape plans for the area as well as grading and drainage plans. 5. Need to include in final plat conditions the development/dedication of park property- to City. 6. Provide verification that 404 Corps permit has been received. 7. Provide documentation that a Letter of hap Revision has been received prior to start of construction. 8. Provide documentation that all fees have been paid. 9. Address comments on water and sanitary sewer plan and profiles. 10.
