Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Hutson:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
These plans meet our current minimum requirements, therefore prior to beginning
construction you should submit three copies of these plans to the City of Coppell Engineering
Dept. for our use and as many as you need stamped for construction purposes.
Prior to final approval of construction plans, all development fees and construction
inspection fees should be paid. Impact fees and the early grading permit fee for this project
have been paid. In order for this department to verify the construction inspection fees, a copy
of the cost of the work should be provided and a Construction Development Permit must be
filled out. The construction inspection fee is calculated as 4% of the value of the work
performed in the public right-of-way, and 2% of the value of the work that is private.
