Dear Mr. Wise:
As you know the above referenced project is being reviewed by Mr. Ron Morrison
of Kimley-Horn & Associates, on behalf of the City of Coppell,, for your
floodplain reclamation project.
As per ordinance #89438.1... when any development within the City includes
property within floodplain areas of the City, non-refundable fees shall be
collected to cover out-of-pocket costs or only those costs directly charged to
the City .... by the City's consultant retained to conduct the floodplain review.
Attached please find a copy of letter from Mr. Morrison dated November 14, 1990,
regarding the related floodplain review fee and services rendered. Although
attached invoices only reflect the review fees in the amount of $1,000.00 as
explained by Mr. Morrison, because of excessive number of reviews necessary for
this project, the total expected fee is $1,500.00. Please provide a check for
the amount of $1,500.00 payable to the City of Coppell, and forward it to our
Finance Department, by no later than December 3, 1990 at 3:00 P.M.
Please note that should any additional review become necessary on your project,
we will, in advance, keep you informed and then we will forward such invoices to
you for collection.
We appreciate your prompt attention and should you have any questions in this
regard, do not hesitate to call.

Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
We have completed at least three reviews of the subject report, and have presented the results
to the City. We are now in receipt of the final report for the subject study. In addition to
reviews, we have had several meetings and telephone conversations with the City and
requestor in regard to this subject project. We are in the process of reviewing this additional
information and expect to provide final review comments next week.
The status of our fee to-date for this project is as follows:

When we began this project we expected the total fee would be less than $1,000. Because of
