Res Lake Park Addition/Floodplain Reclamation Study
Dear Mr. Wises ~
As of this date,~e have not received the needed information and documents as we
requested ink, f attached letter dated September 24, 1990. Staff, in spirit of
cooperation with you, provided you with a 30 days extension period which ended
on October 24, 1990, and to our knowledge, no action has been taken on your part.
It is important to note that Staff is concerned for subject fill activity to
continue without your or your rep's response as requested and required per City's
Floodplain Ordinance.
Please provide the needed information, as listed in my September 24, 1990 letter.
More specifically, you must obtain a permit under C.O.E.'s section 404 of the
Clean Water Act.
We ask that the fill activity on Lake Park Addition stoD at this time, until such
time that all of our concerns are addressed properly and on a timely manner. We
will be happy to set up a meeting to discuss this matter, and/or answer your
questions and concerns you may have in this regard.
