I would appreciate staff action or comments as appropriate on the following items.
~ ) 1. Several homes in the Parkwood subdivision have added lean-to type sheds
/.~~_/~_~tin their side yards. These appear to be in violation of the zoning
~'~"~//~'--].1/~"'~- ordinance and possibly the fire code as well. Those I am aware of are at
~] 309 Phillips and 673 Thompson and 677 Thompson.
2. Homeowners on Alex Drive have asked for assistance in getting the weeds
~/? ~~ mowed in the drainage channel to the south and west of their subdivision.
/'~ ~ I'm told the property belongs to ABQ.
U 3. The appearance of Denton Tap is much improved since the median
improvements are complete and the weeds have been mowed along the
f~r~~~l'~ sides. Thew est side oft he road be tween the Kentucky Fried Chicken and
the railroad tracks still h~s high weeds which lay over the curb. Is the
property owner responsible for maintenance of this easement?
.~~, When the Lake Park development plat was approved, considerable
discussion was made about aligning the southern entrance street to
"d DeForest Road. This was not done at ti'mt time due to the then unknown
status of the property between the future MaeArthur right of way and [he
· . MHD lift station. I understand that small triangle was acquired along with
the MacArthur right of way. If so, can/will the plans be changed to align
