reclamation our client is proposing. This process is in
conjunction with the construction plans prepared by our firm.
I respectfully request that you review this data and submit
the request to the 'Federal Emergency Management Agency for their
approval.
We have ongoing coordination with the U. S. Army Corps of
Engineers to obtain a 404 permit.
