Dear Ms. Daneshmand,
In regards to your letter dated September 24, 1990, Wiseco Land
Development, Inc., as owner of the referenced property hereby assumes
all liabilities associated with early excavation, fill, or any con-
struction of this project, in and adjacent to the floodplain of Denton
Creek and will indemnify and hold harmless the City of Coppell from
any damages resulting from such development activities until such a
time that all local, state, and federal requirements have been completed.
The project engineer, Dan Dowdey and Associates, has been instructed
to provide to you the requested information as set forth in your letter.
