I received the letter addressed to you by Tom Wise dated June 18, 1990. Along with the letter,
was a telephone message (attached) containing Tom Wise's beeper number. I attempted to
contact Mr. Wise to inform him of the fin permit process and supporting documentation
required to obtain the permit. I received a return call from Mr. Wise on July 10 (see attached
phone message). I have since attempted to contact Mr. Wise approximately four times and
have received no return call.~.
As of today, no fin work has begun on the project. According to Public Works Inspecwr Larry
Davis, the project has been postponed for several months by Mr. Wise.
