Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: ~E~ Notification Dear Mr. Duggan: On behalf of our client, I have reviewed the proposed floodplain delineation as prepared for the City of Coppell. Specifically, I reviewed the floodplain limits adjacent to Parkwood Addition, Section Two and Section Three and Lake Park Addition. The "proposed condition" map, sheet 19P, indicates that a portion of the northwest corner of Parkwood Addition, Section Two is within the 100-year floodplain. This delineation affects Lots 39 thru 44 of Block 7 and the adjacent alley thereto. None of this addition should be shown within the floodplain. According to the "proposed condition" map, a section of Parkwood Addition, Section Three is located within the 100-year floodplain. Parkwood Addition, Section Two and Section Three were removed from the floodplain in 1984. The revision date was September 24, 1987. (Community Panel Number 480170-0005C) In reference to Lake Park Addition, the proposed Floodplain Limit should be shown as illustrated in the accompanying exhibit. Please consider our request to have these specific areas reviewed and modified. If I can be of any assistance, please contact me.
