Dear Mr. Rat I~~
The purpose of this letter is to formall7 request a permit
to fill the property known as Lake Park Subdivision. The
property will be filled in the manner set forth in the
grading plan and the final plat which was approved by the
City Council of Coppell on May 8, 1990.
The undersigned herein agrees to conduct the fill opera-
tion so as to fill only those portions of the property
outside the floodway. The undersigned further agrees to
remove any fill subsequently determined by "F~A" to have
been inadvertently placed in the floodway.
The subdivision design floodplain fill requirements have
previously been reviewed with the City's consultant,
Kimley-Horn, Inc. Further, as you are aware, the final
plat designates the finished floor elevations which are in
excess of the one hundred year flood elevations.
