Dear Shohre:
We are in the process of finalizing plans for the above refer-
enced project. As we previously submitted the documentation
between the Parks of Coppell Joint Venture and the City of
Coppell regarding previously agreed flood plain criteria, I
am requesting that you review the attached grading plan and
establish the criteria needed to obtain the following:
(1) Grading permit to fill the 26 acre · development
(limits of Lake Park Addition). Our plan is to ex-
cavate the adjacent proposed Lake/Park site.to gen-
erate the fill material. During the fill process, .we."
would also like to grade the triangular wedge of'pro-
perty that is located i~ediately east of proposed
MacArthur Boulevard along the south of Denton Creek.
(2) Clarification as to the sequence that you will employ
in processing the FEMA documentation.
(3) Design criteria requ%red to satisfy the City and FEMA
as it pertains to this unique situation, as well as
how the coordination between Kimley-Horne, Ginn, Inc.
and the City.
(4) Approximate time frame required to process the appli-
cation.
The timing of this project is such that our client would like
to begin the excavation immediately.
Please advise me as to the City's position as soon as possible.
