Dear Mr. Griffin:
As we discussed at our meeting on Tuesday October 25, 1994 the only missing
information for this project submittal was the storage loss amount. This
amount is to be off set by the pond excavation we discussed.
The total storage on the 10 acre site is 12.802 acre feet. At a flood
elevation of 446 feet. Pilling the site will eliminate all but 2.492 acre
feet which is contained in the 75 feet wide channel. This means that the pond
excavation must accommodate an extra 10.31 acre feet of storage to offset the
losses.
