Relocation of Storm Drain Inlet
Dear Ms. Blair-Robinson:
Thank You for meeting with me last week without an appoinlmeut.
As per our conversation. Diamond Shamrock dba Stop bl Go Markets has applied for a permit to install
a curb cut on MacAxthur Blvd. Due to the rules and mgulatiom for the City of Coppell, the proposed curb-
cut can only be installed as shown on the attached drawing. In reviewing our plans, we were told that the
County of Dallas has a proposed storm drain inlet in the same area. Diamond Shamrock is requesting that
your proposed drain inlet to relocated further North on MacArthur Blvd. If our request is acceptable to the
County, Diamond Shamrock will pay for the cost to revise the plans to incorporate this change. In
addition, Diamond Shamrock will also agree to pay any additional cost to conslruct the storm drain inlet and
related piping in the new location versus the proposed location. I will give .Mr. Sandana a call next week to
discuss th/s request.
