A visual inspection was conducted on the above referenced project with results as follows:
1.) Joist tail extensions to columns and tilt panel connections were found to comply.
2.) Girder tail extensions to column connections and tilt panel were found to comply.
Note: All open items noted on previous reports have been corrected and found to comply.
