The City of COppetl has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:

On the cover sheet provide the legal description of the property' being developed.
On the grading plan show the median on Northpoint Drive to be removed at the northwest com~
of the development.
Provide a ,minimum slope of 4 percent where the water line is being located between MEPC III
and MEPC YV.
On the grading plan show the location of the proposed storm drainage inlets.
Ixx:ate the proposed waterline on the west side of the development outside the limits of the future
paving.
Show the location of the stabilized construction exit on the erosion control plan.
Show the pement slope for the storm drainage line E on the profile ,,dew.
On the drainage mea map show the location of the existing and proposed storm sewer systems.
The Traffic Control Detail for the intersection of Northpoint Drive and Royal Lane needs to be
clahfied. Are you proposing to close Northpoint Drive?
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have boe. n
addressed, the revised set of plar[q should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have
