Per our discussion at the meeting on January 13, 1998, HalffAssociates, Inc., on behalf
of the owner, requests elimination of the median on Northpoint Dr. at the west driveway of
Freeport North ~4. Based on our discussion with you and our subsequent discussion with the
owner, we are withdrawing the request to have an additional median opening at the center'
driveway of Freeport North #4. We have moved our center driveway to correspond with the
approved median opening in Northpoint Dr. Drawings of these locations have been included for
your convenience. If you have any questions or require any additional information, please
