Dear Mr. Brown,
Please find the enclosed invoice for additional erosion control provided on the above
referenced project. We have also enclosed photos and a drawing - which indicates what
was installed to assist with your site's erosion problems. In addition to the backup
provided, we must also note these charges are a result of not having had any vegetation
and/or planting work added to the landscaping allowance portion of our contract.
As previously stated in phone conversations, this area needs to be planted with vegetation
that will completely stop the erosion. The additional work we performed has only served
as a temporary solution. Therefore, we formally advise that properly landscaping and
irrigating this area is needed as soon as possible.
We entrust that you will find that our invoice represents a "straightforward" attempt to
respond to your request to clean up the erosion problem, and that payment will be made
promptly.
