Dear Mr. Collins:
On behalf of Duke-Weeks Corp., we request that the City of Coppell grant a variance
to the Subdivision Ordinance on the pavement design criteria for the Freeport North
Addition Lots 1,2, Block A. Duke-Weeks wishes to eliminate the use of lime stabilization
on this project in order to save on cost associated with the pavement. In lieu of lime
stabilization Duke-weeks will increase the concrete strength from.~_-_~_~. __~-~.~'.
in both public and private pavement areas, but the thickness will not change. In areas
within the ~ drive approaches the subgrade will be composed of
a minimum .....
