Dear Mr. Martin:
I would like to take this opportunity to reiterate Duke-Weeks understanding of the
proposed drainage swale. The drainage swale will be located east of the tract of land
as described in Lot 1, Block A of the Freeport North Addition Plat. It will run adjacent to
the eastern property line and discharge into a wye inlet located outside the right of way
of Royal Lane. This inlet will discharge into the existing storm drainage system located
in Royal Lane. Items agreed to by Duke-Weeks as they pertain to this system are as
follows:
1. The drainage swale will be temporary until the tract of land east of Freeport V is
developed. At the time of development the swale will be replaced by Reinforced
Concrete Pipe installed in accordance with the City of Coppell Standards.
2. It will be the responsibility of the Property Owners Association of this area to maintain
the drainage swale.
