Clarify on utility plan which utilities will be built with this phase. Provide easements for proposed water vaults and meters. Any off-site utilities will need appropriate easements. 5. The drainage system in Royal Lane will have to be evaloat_ed for adequacy to handle Q~00. 6. Will a retaining wall be needed for the elevation drop along the west side of Building ~C"? 7.
