1. Please remove Master Plan Sheet from packet.
2. All sheets need to be to scale.
3. The location of the proposed hooded median opening does not meet requirement of 420'
minimum separation between median openings per Subdivision Ordinance.
4. Clarify on utility plan which utilities will be built with this phase. Provide easements for
proposed water vaults and meters. Any off-site utilities will need appropriate easements.
5. The drainage system in Royal Lane will have to be evaloat_ed for adequacy to handle Q~00.
6. Will a retaining wall be needed for the elevation drop along the west side of Building ~C"?
7. Show location of all adjacent and cross-street driveways.
