1. Need 2 blue F.H, marks in street on Creekvi~w Dr. extension.
2. Manhole on Creekview ml~ng lid.
3. FHV needs to be raised to ground level north of left turn hme at Royal.
4. Sewer manhole to be raised to ground level North of left turn lane at Royal.
5. Replace valve s~ack to FH south of left turn lane at Royal-valve stack is broken.
