1. Clean & ~eal joint~ at curb patch on north end of Creekview.
2. Rout & seal random cracks.
Left Turn Lane on Royal
1. Both fight signs need to be 24"X30' and b&~es need to be flush with ground (at
ground level.

1. Form board left in inlet box-needs to be removed. Pour inlet box on east side of
Creekview.
2. 21" RCP running east & west under new portion of Creekview-almost all joints are
bad.
3. East drive off Cmekview-pondlng on Creekview.
