Re: Creek View Drive
Dear Mr. Atul Patel:
On May 30, 1996 Rust Lichliter-Jameson's Survey personnel conducted a field survey of the Creek
View Drive Utility and Paving features. The weather on this date was Sunny with the temperature
being in the 90's. The purpose of this field survey was to perform project verification for street and
utility installation for Creek View Drive. INs street is located in the Freeport North Addition
located in the City of Coppell, Texas.
The field notes indicated that the vertical and horizontal aligments are in accordance vdth the plans
as approved on February 20, 1996. The placement of paving and utilities are within normal
construction standards and do not effect the drainage to the inlets.
