RE: Fire Line Review Comments for the Freeport North Lot 4R
Dear Mr. Higgins:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. The location of the detector check and vault and also the tap location of the proposed 12"
water line on Creekview Drive may be in conflict with the existing junction box and Y-
inlet. Show the Y-inlet and coordinate location of the fire line with the civil plans.
2. Show a 20' utility easement at the location shown on the plans.
3. Dry bore the fire line at Royal Lane.
4. Provide an easement for the vaults and the fire lines that are not private lines.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should
