RE: First Construction Review Comments for Creek View Drive
Dear Mr. Taylor:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Street Sign and Street light fees are applicable to this project and will be forthcoming. The
street light assessment will be based on T.U. Electric's analysis on total number of lights
at a cost of $360.00 per unit.
2. On sheet 3 of the plans, install a fire hydrant at the location shown on the plans. Also,
show the R.C.P. lateral size at the low point. A minimum 21" lateral size is required at
low points.
3. Show the pavement markers on Creek View Drive.
4. On sheet 4 of the plans, "A-4" has a Q of 5.60 cfs instead of what is shown.
5. On sheet 6 of the plans, show the location of the profile where the 12" water line crosses
the existing 60" R.C.P.
6. Also on the profile, show the location where the 8" sanitary sewer line crosses the proposed
24"R.C.P. Concrete encase if less than 24 inch separation.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have
