Commencing at a fence post found for an interior ell comer of said 36.9891 acre tract, same being
the Southwesterly comer of that certain 214.090 acre tract of land conveyed to .angeles Esteve by
instrument of record in Volume 88246, Page 4209, Deed Records, Dallas Count3', Texas, same also
being in the Southerly line of said Creekview Drive, 60 feet wide, as dedicated by said Replat;
