Discrepancies/comments:
A visual inspection was conducted on the above referenced project with results as follows:
1 .) Steel deck was found non-compliant due to:
a.) Missing welds
b.) Missing side lap screws
c.) Side lap screws only penetrating one (1) sheet
d.) Weld pattern not starting at side lap
Note: Inspection of this area was stopped due to the amount of discrepancies found.
Recommend erector go through entire metal roof system and verify.
