~ Walk-thru Preeport Parkway VI, Lot 3 Block A (Royal & Creekvlew)
1. Need papeovork on backflow test on vaults, domestic & irrigation meters.
2. New rend extension of Creekview, valves & stack mi~irl~ ~11 new road.
3. Landscaping not in at this time. Note: vaults must drain after work on landscaping
and do not cover water valves and manholes after landscaping work is completed.
4. Irrigation meter southwest of building needs meter can.
$. Irrigation 2" DC covered and needs a meter can and needs testing.
6, Vaults needs plugs large & small in ball valves.
?. 2" domestic meter need to clean below bypass in order to inspect bypass.
8. 2" domestic DC clean below pipe on DC in meter can.
9, Mark on curb WAD in red.
10. Mnrk on curb lVlH in red at manholes.
11. Mark on curb CO at all cleanout sewer in red.
12. Clean dirt from around F.H. so fire wrench will turn around.
13. Mark FHV on curb in red on FIt at mid of budding on east side.
14, Cut down dirt to curb height at F.H, on north side of building.
1~;, Locnte FHV and nmrk on curb FHV (after locating it) in red.
16. ~V[aln line valve on Creekview raise to curb height and put new pad-mark on curb
MLV in blue.
17. Locnte F.I-I. valve northwest of building+ mark FHV in red on curb, repaint
yellow.
