On behalf of Duke-Weeks Corp., we request that the City of Coppell grant a variance
to the Subdivision Ordinance on the pavement design cntena for thc:,._~..._~.. ~-~.~
~J~j~~-~ Duke-Weeks wishes to eliminate the use of lime stabilization
on this project in order to save on cost associated with the pavement. In lieu of lime
stabilization Duke-weeks will increase the concrete strength frorr~j~~~
in both p~lic and private pavement areas, but the thickness will not change. In areas
with!n, thr:; i~____~_.~_i~~ve~a.pproaches the subgrade will be composed of
a mlnlmu~ ~__..~--,. ................. ~
