Re: Village Parkway Ground Storage Reservoir No. 2
Final Plans and Specifications
Dear Mr. Pafford:
We are enclosing two sets of the final plans, specifications and contract documents for the Village Parkway
Ground Storage Reservoir No. 2 project. These sets have been revised in accordance with the City's review
comments as discussed in our March 1st review meeting, and with the City's written review comments dated
March 16, 1995. We are returning the City's mark-ups with this submittal.
It is our understanding that the City will have the Notice to Contractors published on April 7th in the local
newspaper if the final plans are acceptable to the City. If modifications are required to the plans and/or
specifications as a result of the City' s review, then Notice to Contractors could be published in the April 14th
issue of the local paper. In either case, we understand the City still plans to receive and open the bids at
10:00 am, on Monday, May 8, 1995.
We are available attend the project review meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 6 at 3:00 pm, and are
otherwise available to discuss this project further at your convenience.
