Dear Mike:
We are currently issuing a check to the City of Coppell for Freeport V and VI Impact Fees.
However, we are desiring not to pay impact fees for Freeport VII at this time even though we are
pursuing plat filing on this property for the following reasons:
i) We are not pursuing a building permit at this time or in the foreseeable future
2) We may end up selling this site opposed to developing it ourselves
Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation realizes that this would not be a waiver of impact fees due to the
City of Coppell, simply a postponement until such time as a building permit is pursued.
Please notify me of your decision regarding this matter at 972-687-0006, and please notify the
permit department to release Freeport V and VI drawings for permit if you decide to allow us to
postpone Freeport VII impact fees.
