Jack Evans Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers 9401 LBJ Freeway Suite 300 Dallas, Texas 75243 RE: Freeport North, Lot 3, Block A Dear Mr. Evans: The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. The proposed paving plan does not follow the plan that was approved by P&Z and City Council. Deletion of the fire lane along the western edge of the property needs to be approved by the Fire Marshal. Also, if the fire lane is not constructed, what happens to the fire lane easement as shown on the plat? 2. What is the expected timing of Creekview Drive construction? This construction was not originally required for Freeport VI, but any discussion of deleting the fire lane needs to include the timing of the Creekview Drive. 3. Limit the surface drainage out each driveway to 2 efs. 4. The proposed public fire hydrant off of Royal Lane needs to be approved by the Fire Marshal. Also, the installation of this water line needs to be by dry bore and located in an easement. 5. All fire hydrant locations need to be approved by the Fire Marshal, Travis Cramp.
