Dear Gary,
Please allow this letter to serve the position of Duke-Weeks Realty Coq~oration regarding the extension of
Creekview Drive along our west property linc in Freeport North. Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation
undexslands that we will pay for the construction of roughly half of the proposexl length of Creekview Drive
along our west property tine and we have already dedicated the necessary right-of-way for th~ Cr~kview
extension. In addition, we have formally submitted a request to Fellowship Church to de~licate their
portion of the right-of-way. During conv~sations with Owen Goff of F~towship Church, h~ was aware
that right-of-way would need to be dedicated by the church for the extension of Creekview Drive. We are
waiting on a letu:r from Mr. Goff stating that the church will dedical~ their portion of the necessary right-
of-way. In addition, the City of Coppell Engineering Department has made a request to me to dedicate
additional right-of-way to allow the Crcekview Drive extension to be a straight road w~th no curvature.
This additional right-of-way dedication would encroach on the site plan of our proposed Freeport VII
building and pow. ntially reduce the interior landscape area.' Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation iz willing to.
consider the dexlicafion of additional fight-of-way to facilitate the Engineering Departments' request
contingent upon a leUer from you~ offic~ s~ating that the landscape/site plan calculations on Fr~poxt VII
still racet all Coppell requirements to facilitate site plan and plat approval from ~h¢ City of Coppell
Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council.
