need the following information:
]. What is the tril~ger point for the construction of the fire lane at thc east side of the project? The
Coppell Fire Department would need a deadline for thc construction of this tire lanc before wc
could consider the requesl_
2. The Coppell Fire Department would need a written letter of agreement from both Pacheco Koch
and Duke-Weeks stating that Creekview Drive would be completed prior to any work being done
above the foundation at Freeport VI.
3. No parking signs as well as a no parking ordinance for Creekview Drive would need to be
completed prior to construction of Freeport VI.
