1. Indicate driveway widths. The maximum driveway width for Industrial use is 40'.
2. Off-site R.O.W. will need to be dedicated for Creekview Drive.
3. Due to drainage system limitations in Royal Lane, on-site detention may be necessary to
handle the design runoff.
